work-out
as i sit here at work my legs ache, my butt hurts and my arms are sore. why you ask...well i have worked out for the last 4 days. here is what i did:
sunday: ran for 10 minutes and lifted weights in the circuit room
monday: eliptical for 15 minutes and went to an abs class
tuesday: went to a body sculpting class
wednesday: eliptical for 15 minutes then bike and stairmaster for 30 minutes
i am pretty proud of myself and hope this continues. i dont think i would if i didnt have kaylee and krista there with me! i am letting my muscles relax for the next couple of days and then back to work on sunday!
